Service Model
Agan Health is a mental wellness centre in Trichy providing mental wellness services to all individuals, regardless of their age group, gender or location. Our nature of services includes:
- Assessments and psychological tests to determine your mental health state.
- Assessments and psychological tests to track your progress.
- Content and programs delivered through multiple channels.
- Participation in the user forums like replies, feedback, content, blogs etc. Note: Agan Health reserves the right to add or remove Services from our offerings without prior notification.
User Agreement
By choosing to visit our website or to avail of services, the user confirms that they are above the age of 18 and are legally allowed to make their own decisions. By agreeing, you accept all the Terms and Conditions.
We can modify or remove certain sections from the User Agreement without prior notice. By continuing to avail of our services, the user enters an obligatory legal agreement with the organisation (Agan Health).
We encourage the users to review the User Agreement section frequently and stay updated on the revised terms. Continuing to use the platform after reviewing the revised terms and conditions of the User Agreement will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicability of Terms
All the Terms and Conditions are subject to all the present and future contracts established between the user and Agan Health. This User Agreement is not just subjected to the patients but also to all the users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants or even the contributors of content.
This user agreement surpasses all the oral and written terms and conditions communicated to you priorly.
Termination of Agreement
As a user, you can terminate the agreement at any point in time during the term of the User Agreement. After the termination of the contract, some information may remain on the servers regarding the user. If you wish to remove this information, contact us via email at (mail/support team id).
But if you have accessed the services through a third party or an organisation, you must contact the third party or the organisation and request them to contact Agan Health and remove the information.
Once we have received such requests from you or a third party, we will process them within the next 14 working days in compliance with the privacy policy and other applicable laws.
Terms of Use
- You are 18 years or older. If not, you are considered incompetent under the Indian Contract Act of 1872 and shall not be permitted to use the platform and violate any applicable rules and regulations.
